All Building Services Log Books are based on the current CIBSE TM31 Building Log Book Template and are prepared in line with clients requirements.
All Building Services Log Books are individually prepared for each project. We include all necessary contacts, commissioning & handover documentation, main plant summary, metering details and building performance records.
We have fully trained staff who specialise in the preparation of CAD drawings using existing plans, marked up sketches or a clients own design layouts.
All drawings are prepared using AutoCAD software.
We provide working drawings for all electrical, lighting, fire alarms and security systems based on the client's requirements.
